Please let George or Adam know if you wish to run. We require your date of birth. Sunday 27th January 2008 North West Sportshall League Round 4 (Last round) 12 noon Widnes Team managers Girls Lyn Wright & Brenda Haymer Boys Phil Tomalin After round 3 we have 5 of our 6 teams in the top 6 of the league which would qualify them for the League Final at Wigan Park on 2nd March 2008. Only members who have turned out in at least one of the rounds are qualified to take part in this final event. The sixth team (under 15 Girls) are at present in seventh place but a big effort in the last round may get them through. We were delighted to have such a good turn out at Wigan where a total of 40 members supported the club. Sunday 24th February 2008 North West Norwich Union Regional Event Robin Park, Wigan A Cheshire team will be selected to represent the County in this Regional Event for both Girls and Boys in the Under 13 and Under 15 age groups. Sunday 2nd March 2008 North West Sportshall League Final Robin Park, Wigan Cross Country We are checking on the dates for events in the new year for which we will be organising teams. The club is very pleased with the recent performances by our teams at the Warrington, West Cheshire and NW League races and wish the other members to give these participating members more support. |
